These terms apply to cleaning services provided by Clean Interiors Service. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK law.
Services and quotations
Quotations are based on the information you provide and, where appropriate, an inspection. If the work required differs materially from what was described, we will discuss any change with you before proceeding.
Booking arrangements
Appointments are confirmed by phone, text or email.
Customer responsibilities
- Tell us about any known issues with fabrics, previous treatments or delicate items.
- Where possible, clear small items and breakables from the areas to be cleaned.
- Provide access to water and electricity where needed.
Access to premises
Please ensure we can access the property at the agreed time, and let us know about parking or access restrictions in advance.
Payment terms
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange.
Stain removal limitations
We use appropriate methods to treat stains, but complete removal cannot always be achieved. Results depend on the type and age of the stain, the material and any previous treatment.
Fabric and material suitability
Some fabrics and materials may not be suitable for certain cleaning methods. We will assess items before cleaning and advise you if we have concerns.
Existing damage and wear
Cleaning can make existing wear, fading, shrinkage, damage or permanent marks more noticeable. We will point out any existing issues we notice before starting.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us promptly so we can look into it and try to put things right.
Liability and your consumer rights
We will carry out services with reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
